This is actor Murakami Jun from the movie I am an S+M Writer (Futei no Kisetsu). The movie is about an ageing writer and his apprentice trying things out for his latest book. I think this is about the only male nudity in the movie though. Japan is obbsessed with SM sex and it almost seems to be mainstream. Just think about all those comedy shows that are basically thinly veiled SM scenarios where comedians get hot water poured on themselves, are forced to do degrading things, are hit and whipped and the like. On the sixth floor of a nondescript building near Nishi-Azabu crossing is the tiny Black Rose, where every drink comes with a twist. Friendly girls pour drinks and giggle like any good hostess, listening intently while lovingly pouring wax on your hands. The floor behind the bar rises to make a stage for showtime before they tie you up in a cage for whipping.
