This is Alex Wong from the HK movie First Love and Other Pains. It is a gay themed flick about a college student who has an affair with his professor. It is quite slow moving and was obviously very low budget but is still watchable...not just for this scene! I wasn't able to find out much about Alex, so if anyone knows if he has continued with acting, please let me know.
