Sei no Gekiyaku (2020), also known as Dangerous Drugs of Sex, is a Japanese movie that focuses on the kidnap and sexual control of a salaryman.
The lead actor, Sho Watanabe, spends most of the film naked and the majority of that time chained to a table. He is forced to perform a variety of sexual acts by his captor played by Takashi Kitadai. While neither of the leads is a household name, they both have a variety of TV, film and stage credits. The film doesn't shy away from the gay content and for a Japanese production several of the sex scenes are quite explicit, although no frontal nudity is shown. The film is currently available on Netflix Japan.
